Which payment methods are available?

  • Cash at the clinic.
  • Bank card at the clinic.
  • SZÉP card: health services are usually paid from its leisure (Szabadidő) pocket.
  • Online for passes, in the Salonic booking system.
  • Bank transfer for passes, against an invoice.

Single sessions are paid at the clinic. Fees are on the prices and passes page.

How do Hungarian health-fund invoices work?

MozgásKlinika has agreements with most Hungarian health funds (egészségpénztár) and issues a health-fund invoice on request.

  1. When you pay, say that you need a health-fund invoice.
  2. You settle the invoice with your fund according to its rules.
  3. What your fund reimburses varies, so it is worth asking it in advance.

What should you know about passes?

Passes for the 12-session programmes are valid for 3 months; SpineMemo and Spine Therapy also come in 6-session versions. How much physiotherapy costs works out when a pass pays off.

The cancellation rule applies to passes too: if you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment, one session is deducted. For a single session the fee is payable at your next visit.

Foreign insurance and invoices

MozgásKlinika is a private healthcare provider operating under Hungarian law and issues standard Hungarian invoices only. It does not complete forms for foreign insurers or correspond with them; claiming reimbursement is your own responsibility. Currency conversion and card fees are set by your card-issuing bank.
