Cookie policy

English translation of the Hungarian cookie policy (Cookie tájékoztató). If the two versions differ, the Hungarian text prevails.
This page lists the cookies we use, how long we keep them, and how you can change your decision at any time.
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small data file that your browser stores during your visit. It helps us recognise returning devices, remember your settings and measure how visitors use the site. A cookie on its own cannot identify you personally.
Which cookies do we use?
Strictly necessary cookies
These ensure the basic functioning of the site: storing your cookie choice, identifying the server and Cloudflare’s bot protection. The site cannot be used without them, so they cannot be switched off. Their legal basis is legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and technical necessity under the electronic communications rules.
Statistics cookies
Google Analytics, running through Google Tag Manager, collects anonymous data about how many visitors arrive, which pages they view and how long they stay. This tells us what to improve on the site. Without your consent, under Google Consent Mode, we do not set any statistics cookie.
Marketing cookies
These are only set if you consent. They help our ads reach relevant people and stop you seeing the same ad over and over.

Who processes your data?
The controller is Fizio Medical Kft. (MozgásKlinika Terézváros, clinic: 1065 Budapest, Podmaniczky u. 7.; registered seat: 1026 Budapest, Házmán utca 4.), contact: belvaros@mozgasklinika.hu. Details of processing with cookies are also in our privacy policy.
What is the legal basis?
We set strictly necessary cookies without consent, because the site cannot work without them. All other cookies, statistics and marketing, are only placed on your device on the basis of your prior, voluntary consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Until you decide, or if you decline, they are not activated. Refusing consent has no disadvantage: the site works just the same.
Who has access, and where does the data go?
With your consent, the following providers may process your data as independent controllers or processors: Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager and Google Maps), Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Facebook/Instagram pixel), ActiveCampaign LLC (newsletter) and Salonic International Kft. (booking). The site is run by Cloudflare, Inc. and our hosting provider. These providers may also transfer data to the United States; the legal framework is the European Commission’s adequacy decision on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell your data or pass it to other third parties.
Changing or withdrawing consent
You can withdraw or change your decision at any time, just as easily as you gave it: with the button below, or by deleting stored cookies in your browser settings. Withdrawal applies to the future and does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. Your decision takes effect immediately in Google Tag Manager measurement through Google Consent Mode v2. The cookie storing your consent lasts 12 months, after which we ask again.
What are your rights?
You can request access to the data stored about you, its rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, object to processing and request data portability. Send your request to belvaros@mozgasklinika.hu and we reply within 30 days. You can complain to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11., ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu) or go to court.
Questions?
For questions about data processing, write to belvaros@mozgasklinika.hu and we reply within 30 days. This policy was last updated in September 2026.
