Terms and conditions

English translation of the Hungarian terms (ÁSZF). If the two versions differ, the Hungarian text prevails.
1. The provider
The service is provided by Fizio Medical Kft., the operator of the MozgásKlinika Terézváros clinic (registered seat: 1026 Budapest, Házmán utca 4.; clinic: 1065 Budapest, Podmaniczky u. 7.; email: belvaros@mozgasklinika.hu; phone: +36 30 403 1857). Further company details are in the Impresszum (Hungarian only).
The centre of the MozgásKlinika franchise network, Physio Consulting Kft. (Franchise Centre), does not provide healthcare services and does not operate the clinic. Fizio Medical Kft. is responsible for healthcare.
2. Prices
Current fees are listed on the Prices page (the clinic's price list, checked on 8 October 2026). Prices are indicative and may change without notice. We confirm the exact fee at your consultation.
- First consultation and assessment (60 min): 24,990 HUF
- Consultation / therapy with Rita Szentiványi (1 session): 45,000 HUF
- Manual therapy (50 min): 24,990 HUF
- Physiotherapy (exercise therapy) (50 min): 22,990 HUF
- Physiotherapy combined with manual therapy (50 min): 24,990 HUF
- Physical therapy combined with manual therapy (50 min): 24,990 HUF
- Sport-specific physiotherapy (50 min): 22,990 HUF
- Medical Fitness (single session) (60 min): 22,990 HUF
- Physical therapy only (TENS, ultrasound, cupping etc.) (20 min): 16,000 HUF
- STRAP (StrapTherapy equipment): 12,700 HUF
3. Booking
You can book online in the Salonic booking system (mozgasklinika.salonic.hu) or by phone. A booking is valid once it has been confirmed (for example by email or phone). No referral is needed. The first visit always starts with an assessment, even if you have been examined elsewhere and bring earlier results.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel or change your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before it, by phone or email. If you cancel less than 24 hours before, the full fee for the session is payable at your next visit. With a pass, one session is deducted from the pass.
5. Passes
Therapy passes are valid for 3 months. Passes can be bought online in Salonic or at the clinic. Bank transfer: 11600006-00000000-84186328.

- Spine Therapy (12 sessions): 265,000 HUF
- Spine Therapy 6 (6 sessions): 139,000 HUF
- Medical Fitness (12 sessions): 250,000 HUF
- Sports rehabilitation (12 sessions): 250,000 HUF
6. Payment and invoicing
You can pay on site in cash, by bank card or with a SZÉP card. Health-fund invoices are available. Passes can also be bought online in Salonic or by bank transfer.
The clinic is contracted with most Hungarian health funds and issues health-fund invoices on request.
We are a private healthcare provider operating under Hungarian law and issue standard Hungarian invoices only. We do not complete forms or certificates for foreign insurers and do not correspond with foreign insurance companies directly. Claiming reimbursement is your own responsibility. Currency conversion and card fees are set by your card-issuing bank.
7. Number of sessions
The number of sessions you will need can never be guaranteed in advance. It depends on how you respond and on the professional assessment.
8. Medical documentation
Copies of your medical documentation, as required by law, are provided on request.
9. Data protection
How we process personal data is described in the Privacy policy and the Cookie policy.
